Making an application for English learners. Need your advice!

Hi gamers!
Our team is making a great (we hope so at least) app called English Eastcoast for ESL learners from China and Japan (and other Asian countries actually). The problem is that we need to embed messaging functions into the app but don't have enough skills for that. It turned out to be really hard for our programmers! Need urgent help!
