Is it ok to record important calls? Do you record phone calls?

I often record business calls with icall app. I found info how to record phone call on iphone and started using it. This app helps to record all incomming and outgoing call in seconds and there is no limits on the recording. I often have business calls but I do not have an opportunity to write down important details and with this app I don't need to do that anymore.
