I got 2 nature healers 6.5 and 1 Holy 5.4, 8.2, 8.3. and made quiet some PvP with them (GvG and others).
Here are my thoughts about it:
Holy :
Absolutely Best choice in PVE (strongest mono Albion Online Silver heals)
Good in ZvZ, mostly the .2 as it can keep up more then just 1-2 persons
Ok in GvG (need atelast 2 frontliners in your team, which can remove pressure on you and keep you defended)
No lack of mana-regeneration
.1 Has emergency heals, which is often a game changer
==> Best to play: .1 + book in GvG, .2 for open world pvp and PVE
Nature:
Best choice in GvG (keep up multiple targets and u have the best mobility out of all).
Good in ZvZ too, as you can roll hots on >5 ppl at the same time and the .3 has the circle of Life which is excellent to keep ur raid healthy
Ok in PVE, but has a strong lack in mono target heals
Mana consumption is a bitch in heavy healing situations, so it becomes a bigger issue to deal with
With the patch, rolling correctly hots became way more difficult to earn Albion Online Gold, which made the nature require more skill in the usage.
==> Best to pay: .2 in GvG, .3 for open world PVP and PVE
In short:
Heals are stronger on Holy, but put your in difficult situations, as you can't move along.
As the placement in Albion is so important in fights, you are better off in PVP with the nature, as it let's you move during you heal.
