    Safelite customer disservice

    I contacted Geico for a windshield replacement. I was referred to Safelite for the windshield replacement. I made the appointment for the replacement. I was called the morning of the appointment and was told that they didn't have the windshield. after another week I tried to contact the shop to find out when the windshield would be available and they wouldn't answer the phone. I contacted Safelite customer service (should be called disservice) and they couldn't give me any information as to when a windshield would be available. As the largest windshield replacement company in the US, you would know what was available. I went to the Toyota parts department and they said that the parts warehouse has the windows in stock and I can get it in one or two days.
