Trouble wearing gold?

Which do you prefer, gold or silver? I heard that there are a lot of problems when you wear gold. Is it so?

A sore subject for many who want to wear jewelry. I used to prefer only silver. But putting it on made me itch like crazy. I had already lost hope of ever being able to complete my images with some jewelry. And then not so long ago, my wife gave me rope chains for men. Ornaments of gold. What was my surprise when I had no allergic reactions?
