There are two Mexican strikers topping the list of highest paid players. Carlos Vela ($6.3 million) is joined by Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez ($6.0 million). Next up is Inter Miami CF striker Gonzalo Higuain coming in at nearly $5.8 million. The first non-striker comes in fourth with Alejandro Pozuelo (nearly $4.7 million) and Josef Martinez rounds out the top five at nearly $3.9 million.
